With
its cutting edge devices and adept technicians, the lab intends to collaborate
with other research institutes, universities, food industries and organizations
involved in monitoring food quality controls, as well as students’
dissertations and theses in the related fields. Some of the apparatuses of the
lab are: Spectrophotometer, Stomacher, Incubators both shaker and cold, and
Optical Microscopy.
