The first summer school was recently held at the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology. In this summer school, an attempt was made to plan various scientific and educational programs based on the capacities of the Research Institute of Food Sciences and Technology in order to improve the scientific level of the participants.

It should be noted that in this short course, held for several professors and faculty members of Baghdad and Al-Ayen universities of Iraq, the participants got acquainted with the capacities of RIFST and then participated in industrial tours and educational workshops.
