1. DTU

The Research Institute of Food science and Technology has already signed a joint research contract entitled “the Effect of Cold Plasma Processing on Physical and Chemical Properties of some Proteins and Carbohydrates” with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

The contract has been signed with one of the top ranking universities in Europe which was founded in 1829.  DTU is an international elite technical university which promotes education, scientific advice and innovation stemming from a solid foundation of world-class research. It has also been ranked 57 in the world by Reuters Top 100 World's Most Innovative Universities.
