with the aim of creating and developing joint cooperation in the field of setting up a research and technology center with the approach of creating knowledge in the extraction and processing of plant, industrial and pharmaceutical extracts, essences and compounds with added value a memorandum of understanding on scientific, research and technological cooperation was signed between the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology and Pars Gene Company.

Developing scientific, technical and research cooperation, defining and implementing large and long-term research projects (mega projects) and developing related technical knowledge, developing new products with high added value, developing required standards in the field of raw materials and related products, etc. according to RIFST's mission, the providing necessary resources, credits and infrastructure for the implementation of the mentioned measures by the Industrial Group, providing sustainable financial resources in line with the implementation of the center's development programs in order to recruit and employ researchers, faculty members and specialized forces, allocating research grant to the academic members of the RIFST to attract doctoral and post-doctoral students in order to achieve the goals of the center by the Entekhab Industrial Group, holding scientific meetings, conferences and specialized seminars related to the mission of the center at the national level and international level are among the main topic of this MOU.
