We offer our sympathies for this immense loss to the Supreme Leader [of the Islamic Revolution], his respected family, and the noble nation of Iran.
Alongside this tragic loss, the selection of Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei as the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution has brought great joy, satisfaction, and elation to all staff, faculty members, and researchers of the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology.
Declaring our full and unwavering support for the Guardian Jurist and the Supreme Authority of the Guardianship [Velayat-e Faqih], we pledge to stand firmly with him in the path of the lofty ideals of the Islamic Revolution and the values of the Sacred Defense [Iran–Iraq War]. We vow to dedicate all our scientific expertise and efforts toward the progress and excellence of our country and the Islamic system.
We beseech Almighty God to grant the Supreme Leader health and ever-increasing success, and to bestow prosperity and honor upon the nation of Iran.
