In the latest evaluation of the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network of the Presidential Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology was awarded the title of Center of Excellence among the country's laboratories.
According to Amir Yousefian, Director of the National Laboratory Network, this promotion was made following detailed annual performance assessments based on quality indicators, scientific research partners, and effectiveness in providing laboratory services.
In an official letter, Yousefian congratulated and appreciated the efforts of RIFST's laboratory team and considered this achievement a successful model in improving the country's scientific and technical standards. Obtaining this distinguished position demonstrates the commitment and capability of RIFST’s laboratory’s experts in improving the quality of laboratory services and advancing the country's research activities.
