The Journal of Research and Innovation in Food Science and Technology (JRIFST) is proud to announce that Professor Jianshe Chen has joined the editorial board of this journal. Professor Chen is recognized as a leading scientist in the field of food oral processing and sensory perception and is currently collaborating with the Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation.
He is an elected member of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology (IAFoST) and the British Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), and is the editor-in-chief of the journals of Texture Studies.
