The Research Institute of Food Science and Technology (RIFST) and Qilu University of Technology (China) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for scientific cooperation which includes the following areas:
- to exchange information on research and educational programs,
- to have collaboration in research projects of mutual interest,
- to jointly organize short-term continuing education programs on topics of mutual interest,
- to jointly organize seminars, conferences, or workshops on topics of mutual interest,
- to jointly propose and engage in research or training programs sponsored by funding agencies,
- to exchange, on a reciprocal basis, students at postgraduate level for limited periods of time for purpose of research;
- to collaborate on the supervision of post-graduate students.
