Coinciding with the Iranian National Laboratory Science Day, the staff of the Central Laboratory of the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology were honored during a meeting with the Board of Directors of RIFST.
The day, March 20th, celebrates Hakim Ismail Jorjani who was the 12th century royal Islamic physician from Iran whose most comprehensive and influential work called Zakhireh-i Kharazmshahi , written in Persian, is a ten volume encyclopedia of medical sciences.
In the said meeting the staff proposed their ideas intending to improve the efficiency of laboratories to enhance the overall performance of the Institute.
