The Library and Center for Documents of the Research
Institute of Food Science and Technology was established in 1989 with the aim
of improving the knowledge of the personnel. Having gathered more than 15000
print and digital sources, research contracts and dissertations, this center
endeavors to improve the skills of the managers, academic staff, experts and
graduate students by easing their access to the latest findings.
