The structure for food products is a factor with great effects
on other features of the products namely, physiochemical, therefore, it has
always been food researchers interest to design and investigate the matter.
Food Nanostructure lab equipped with appropriate devices in
designing and analyzing food products, provides services to industries, experts
and students. Doing structure tests applying different methods of photo taking
and image processing, Ultrasound, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), as
well as designing and producing food nanostructures benefiting from
electrospinnig technique. Some of the devices available in the lab are: Atomic
Force Microscop (AFM), Ultrasonic, Velocity Meter, Colormeter.
