Intending to do
advanced research on food hydrocolloids, the lab was established and equipped.
The lab benefiting from the state of the art apparatuses, is prepared to
collaborate with research institutes, universities and industries to conduct
not only joint research projects, but also providing professional consultancy to
industries in the related fields to colloids structures especially nano
emulsions, nano carriers, nano particles, food nanosystems, electro spinnig and
molecule molding with the intention of slow release and targeting. The
apparatuses in the lab are as follows: Rotational Viscometer,
Tensiometer, Electrospinning, Processor Ultrasound, Refrigerator Centrifuge,
High-pressure Homogenizer.
