The President of the Research Institute of Food Science and Technology, Prof. Seyed Mohammad Ali Razavi, was appointed as an expert member in the working group of education, research, technology and innovation of Planning and Development Council on May 15, 2023, according to a decree from Mr. Morteza Dehghani the Deputy of Management and Resources Development of Khorasan Razavi Provincial Government.
It is worth mentioning that in the Executive Regulations of the Provincial Planning and Development Council, for this working group, chaired by the Governor and approved by the board of ministers, duties and powers have been created, including formulating the province's research priorities and directing research credits towards them. In addition, coordination between the institutions and research centers of the province to take advantage of their capacities in improving the quality of domestic products, developing the necessary plan to support the production of science and technology and commercialization of ideas in the province, and pursuing the development of mutual relations with scientific and research centers abroad are listed.
