RIFST Signs MOU and Research Contract with Thessaloniki
The Research Institute of Food science and Technology (RIFST) has already signed an MOU on educational, research and technological cooperation and following that a research contract on hydrocolloids with the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (ATEI-Th). 
The Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki is a higher education public institute and part of the Greek tertiary education system. With a student population of 25,000 registered students, over 430 faculty members and 200 administrative staff, this academic center specializes on applied sciences. 
The joint research project which lasts for 3 years has been signed between the Department of Food Nanotechnology of RIFST and the Department of Food Technology of ATEI-Th.
